Why can't a good man get a shitty job?

Please, just don't give a simple answer such as "It's a tough market.". I am not talking about a 500,000 a year job. I am talking about the basic entry level jobs and I mean BASIC entry level jobs. Like cleaning toilets at walmart or target. Working at Burger King. The lowest of the min wage jobs. Sorry, but it's really b.s when a 19 year old can find a job making a sandwich.

Also, I make a photo copy of very Job app that I make when possible. I have three folders full of jobs apps. Over 25 big box stores locations and 10 "mom and pop" locations. All rejected. I been looking for a job for three years!

I had post for all the politically charged answers. Also, I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER, NOT ONE CALL BACK. I never even had a job interview, if you don't count the fake ones I had it in high school. I AM NOT ASKING FOR AN GOD-DAMN OFFICE JOB!! I am asking for an job flipping burgers at Burger King...not even that. Cleaning the **** from the toilets. Why can't a good man get a shitty job?
Hi there,

I just wanted to drop you a quick answer to let you know about this site I've been working online with. Ever since I lost my full time job working in pc world I came across this site and it's been helping me make at least $500 a month working just part time.

It requires no special skills, experiance or money to get started and anyone who has basic typing skills can do this type of work. Not only is it free to join but they actually pay YOU $5 just for joining. Just thought I would let you know because I know how it feels to be unemployed!

Links in the source box,

All the best no matter what you do!

Have you called back to every job app asking what the status is and when you could come in for an interview? What strikes me is only 35 apps in 3 years. When I was laid off I put in at least 10 a week, even repeating some. The online apps for corporations rarely got me a phone call for an interview. It was mostly craigslist and walk-ins where I'd get interviews. And it still took me 2 years. Just always remember to look business-like no matter if it's janitorial, tweak the resume and cover letter, clip a resume to the app even if it's not called for, always be polite and smile, rehearse what you'll say when the phone rings, and never get down on yourself. If nothing else right now, take gigs off of craigslist and sell your stuff on amazon.

Also, don't be afraid to ask or mention at any place you shop or frequent that you're still looking, they may have just had someone quit. You never know. Why can't a good man get a shitty job?
Good man?

Ughh, I know little about you, but I will assume that you are an amazingly kind, polite and hard working fellow.

Here are some things that will help you on your way of a job....

1= facial hair, trim the beard, cut your hair if its long.
2= hygeine, Dont drown yourself in aqua velva, but smell nice
3= Dressing, Wear a polo and slacks, at the very least.
4= Record, Did you work hard in high school? Show it. Do you have a clean criminal record? That will help
5= NO FELONIES= If you are a felon, you should honestly just give up the whole idea of a job.

Thats all i can help with ^-^-
The key is to submit another application when they expire. Employers go through a stack of applications and throw them away or delete them when they expire every month or two. Keep submitting applications to the same employer and get yourself signed onto personnel hiring services. You gotta realize it's a lottery system where you fall into a queue every time you renew an application. You don't need to be a good man, only a determined man. Keep sending as many application as you can and be sure to renew them.

Best of luck to you.
