I would sugest, since i too, am a gamer, would be to get him a Ps3 if you can, or even possibly metal gear solid 1, 2, or 3 for the ps2, if he likes this series. If not then i would suggest getting him Phantasy star universe for the ps2. Also another good chioce would be to get him a gamecube with Phantasy star 1, %26amp; 2 which comes together as a single game, or any resident evil game he doesn't have by now for which ever system he has, or would have due to your shopping needs.

should really look at the silent hill series, blood rayne, onimusha series, prince of persia, the suffering, god of war, and maybe a little mortal kombat all of these games i have and im 25 so from what games you listed he has arent much different from the kinda games i play.
