How do you get your own custom gamer pic?

Yeah theres lots of cool ones on the market place, but I am seeing all these cool Borat Pics, South Park, Family guy for peoples gamerpics. How are they doing that? It would be a big help.How do you get your own custom gamer pic?Those particular ones you mentioned are all available in marketplace. Click on themes/pics and select the one that says all of them. If you want your own custom one, then you have to pick up the Xbox Live Cam. Click your own pics and then add them to your profile.
