Can you transfer your Xbox 360 gamer profile from one hard drive to another?

Im considering upgrading my hard drive - but I wanted to check that I can safely transport all my current data- ALL of it - onto the new hard drive.

yes you can, if youve got LIVE then all you do is revcover your gamertag when you put your new hard drive in.

You can just choose to "recover your gamer tag" when you put your new hard drive in. OR you can save it to a memory card (if you happen to have one) and load it the the new hard drive.

Yeah you can. If you just wanted to move the profile you can download it again. But if you want to move everything onto a 120GB hard drive then that comes with a transfer cable, so the data does get moved across.
