Hit the Xbox button in the center of the controller. Scroll all the way to the right until you see system settings. Enter that, then go to memory. There you can delete data, DLC or gamer profiles.

You can also do the same thing from the dashboard by selecting the My Xbox row, then scrolling all the way to the right, enter system settings, then memory, then delete what you wish.
