Is it possible to show pregnancy after around two months?

Hi, I have never been pregnant before in my life. I am eighteen years old and are somewhat healthy. I believe that I am pregnant cause I have quiet a few of the symptoms but one of the things that confuses me is under my stomach i feel like I have a few knots, well not knots I don't know how to describe it they are a little bigger then that they are just very hard and the location changes slightly every other day it seems I haven't payed attention to whether they get bigger or not though.



Some of the symptoms I have been having are

-restlessness, absolutely no sleep at all I haven't been able to get comfortable or fall asleep until around 5 in the morning even though I come home at 11 exhausted after work

-i am one of those girls that just don't eat, i am not a skinny minny i weigh around 138(haven't checked in the past couple months though) my body is just the type that can't handle a lot of food i used to not been able to finish a whole burger but lately I have been going CRAZY!!

-my hair had looked and felt a lot healthier i don't know if that means anything though

-i haven't vomited that much but I always feel sick and quizze

-i honestly don't know whats up with my breast i really cannot tell if there darker, but i do have fiberocystic breast condition which is basically just when ladies have cysts in the boobs so my boobs always hurt anyways.

-my legs have been cramping up a lot

-i have been discharging a lot

-i AM on birth control but am still getting my periods late while being on it, which is weird normally i get it on time with birth control ALWAYS but all i'm basically getting is discharge and "spotting

-I have been very moody and snappy lately

-I will come home from work just tired and mad at the world even if everything went perfectly fine and then I will walk up stairs sit in my room look at the wall or an object in cry, i am not a crier at all. I do every now and then but I have a reason

-i am a very straight forward girl and I don't hold my feelings back but lately I have just been a flat out bipolar ***** and i don't get it

-lower back pain has become worse



Another thing about me is I have a failed kidney, I guess I was just born with it? I found out a couple years ago, but i don't know if I'm not pregnant do you think it could have something to do with my kidney? Or something else these hard things in my stomach are really worrying me.



HELP!

p.s. sorry if this is confusing and jumbled up i just don't know who to turn to or ask right now my next doctor appointment isn't till the end of next monthIs it possible to show pregnancy after around two months?
I don't think any of that has to do with your kidney.... I would take a pregnancy test... or wait until you see your Dr. and have them test you....you could tell them your symptoms while you are there....they could do other testings, just to check other things...like thyroid hormones...etc.



If possible I would try and make a sooner appointment.
