English help (It鈥檚 quiet even if it鈥檚 near the airport and the local mall is just a few minutes away.)?

The hotel's location is pretty good. It鈥檚 quiet even if it鈥檚 near the airport and the local mall is just a few minutes away. There鈥檚 no restaurant inside the hotel itself but there鈥檚 a Burger King and a Chilli鈥檚 right next door.

Question :

It鈥檚 quiet even if it鈥檚 near the airport and the local mall is just a few minutes away.銆€%26lt;%26lt; I do not understand this.

Does he wish that airport and hotel mall was near the hotel or are they near actually?English help (It鈥檚 quiet even if it鈥檚 near the airport and the local mall is just a few minutes away.)?
It means that the airport and local mall is close to the hotel, but despite how noisy you'd think the it'd be with these areas near the hotel, it is still quiet.English help (It鈥檚 quiet even if it鈥檚 near the airport and the local mall is just a few minutes away.)?
"I am pleased by the location of the hotel. It is quiet, even though it is near a loud airport. The mall is close by, and this pleases me. There is no restaurant inside of the hotel. There is a Burger King and a Chilli's (a restaurant) next to the hotel."

"but" also implies that one is good, and the other is bad.

For example: "I lost my wallet, but found a friend." One is positive, the other is negative.

"I found my wallet, but found my friend" sounds awkward, because both are positive.English help (It鈥檚 quiet even if it鈥檚 near the airport and the local mall is just a few minutes away.)?
I believe what he means is "It's quiet even though it's near the airport..."
