ok, im 16 years old and I applied for cashier jobs for burger king, rite aid, and party city at 6 locations near seattle and renton using snagajob.com.
so far i have not received any phone calls or emails, How will I know if my applications are rejected?

If they don't call you. I have found they don't really look at the online applications. You should go inside to the actual place, and get an application, fill it out, and give it to the manager. Also, look nice when you go in.
