mickey's diner was excellent in st.paul but gone now. next best is george webb restaurants in menomonee falls, wis. appleton, wis. or any of thier locations.

The classic burger at the Cheesecake Factory is the juiciest, most quality burger I have ever tasted. If you like cheese, ask for the cheddar. The fries stink though.
