My dream Wedding venue is perfect, except for this ONE problem...?

It is sandwiched in between a McDonalds and a Burger King (not to mention, across the street from a Good Will). I love this place, it is gorgeous and provides excellent service. It is truly my dream location. Do you think the guests will be bothered by the location as much as I am? I mean, it's in a big city in Nor California, what can you really do? Would you guys be bothered by this too? Not a big deal?

Thanks!

P.S: You can't see the fast food places or Good Will from inside the venue, even when outside. It is gated and surrounded by palm trees. The problem is guests seeing it when they arrive, and well, if they can't fit in the lot at the venue, they will have to park in these parking lots!My dream Wedding venue is perfect, except for this ONE problem...?
That is not a problem, I think only you will see it as one.

That would be like complaining to not go to a certain hospital because there is a funeral home on the same street.

Don't look for problems where there are none.
How convenient! After most weddings I've attended and the food was lacking, the starving guests rush to find a McDonald's...and it will be right there! But, let's assume you're feeding your guests a full meal :) I wouldn't count this as a problem. Curb appeal doesn't much matter. My dream Wedding venue is perfect, except for this ONE problem...?
Don't worry about details as small as this one! Seriously no one is going to notice it nor give it as much importance as you are... If your venue is as great as you are describing it, then they will focus on its beauty =)
Who cares about what places are around your venue? As long as it's safe then it doesn't matter!

The only thing that your guests are going to notice is the inside.

Good luck. :)My dream Wedding venue is perfect, except for this ONE problem...?
If it is gated and has privacy then go for it :)
