Jehovah's Witnesses- 2009 International DC Sites.....???

Ok, maybe you don't know ALL the sites, but do you know any?



So far I've heard Italy, Japan, Mexico, Australia, Kenya (??).....

No more pizza

No more cake

No more "Kura Grill" (grilled chicken)

No more ********'s burgers...... until I raise enough to get to the most "exotic" location......



....except Kenya, coz Vot's been there before :-))

We had a letter read out listing the locations. I can remember some of them, but I'm unsure if they're for this year or next. I think they're for next year:

Frankfurt Germany

Ghana

South Beach CA

Paris France
Mmmmm! I do not think the DC in Japan is an International one this year. I have friends in Japan and also in the Bethel and they have not said anything to me about it being an International Convention. Mind you, I did not ask.

There is one in Greece this year. I also believe there is one in Germany as well and possibly Kenya...it as not been confirmed yet, due to the trouble there. It was announced Tuesday at the meeting but I cannot remember all the places the International DC is being held this year.

I was going to go to the DC in Japan this year, but instead going to my DC in Twickenham...which incidental is not an International DC. (So I am going to Japan in November now...much cheaper to fly there at that time)

Forget what I just said...Greece, Germany and Kenya, I think are next year. Also I believe there is one in LA next year. I will find out about Japan...and I will let you know. But it is so expensive to fly to Japan in August, anything from 拢880 to 拢1200 pounds on economy from London, Heathrow. (You can apply to go as a delegate with the congregation, however as a family we have decided to try to save towards this goal and stay with family, instead of the Hotel booking put up by the society. It works out a bit cheaper, and is a good excuse to visit Home.)
A letter was read out at the meeting, Longbeach was mentioned along with Athens and Paris but I cannot remember the rest.
i could be mistaken but i think there is also one in hawaii ,that would be a nice place to visit
