Is there a college/course for Dictatorship? Where does one enroll?

I have a few concerns though:

1. Are there strict physical requirements? I heard there may be some marching envolved. (I have flat feet.)

2. Does one need a strong voice? There seems to be a lot of shouting.

3. Can you choose the geographical location of your future dictatorship? eg. Central Africa, Equatorial South America etc.

(I prefer warmer climates and enjoy picnics and long walks on the beach.)

4. Would one have to denounce All products and values from the west. (I do enjoy the odd burger from "Burger King", and am an avid Spielberg movie fan.)

5. Is there a Dictator gentlemen's club? And would I have to be friendly with All the other dictators?

(I mean Hugo can be a pain but he can take a joke eg. when the king of Spain told him to "Calla te!" - (Shut up), but I have to draw the line with Bob, I mean he's just boring - "White this, white that, d%26amp;mn colony this and that" etc.)Is there a college/course for Dictatorship? Fort Hare is the starting point for indoctrination into Marx/Lenin/Stalin before attending finishing school in Russia or one of its satellites. As regards physical requirements it would seem that a height not measuring more than 5 feet is a distinct advantage per Mugabe and Mbeki. A strong voice is not necessary as there will be a number of threatening figures who will defend you to the last e.g. Pahad,Kastrils and the ANCBC. African Dictatorships are pretty full up at the moment although there may be a vacancy in Zimbabwe shortly. You will be required to publicly decry all things Western whilst privately enjoying them at home with your mates. As for a club I would recommend the SADC (Southern African Despots Club) which is a rising force in ensuring White guilt and a continual flow of funds into the Begging Bowl for your personal benefit.
