It depends on a lot. For example if they kept close records, your age, and if it's the same store only a town or two over. It also depends on WHY you walked out.
I'm 16, and ended up walking out on a job (pretty much being fired/forced to resign for no good reason). I applied at the same type of business (kid's party venue) and was up front about it. Still I got the job.
Most places don't keep firm records so it really depends. I think you should be fine as long as you're honest. If you're still in high school or college I highly doubt it will show up. Most places don't even drug test. Why would they bother doing a work history check when they don't care if their workers smoke crack? If you walk out on a job can you be hired again at another location?
If you are applying for a job in the same town or close to it, and you list that location as a previous employer you can guarantee they will call and check up. Management is usually pretty close between stores, every manager probably has at least one manager in a neighboring store that they can always count on. You can be assured that they will call said manager and that manager will rat you out faster than you could type the new application up. Walking out on a job is completely unacceptable, you should at least quit on good terms. If you walk out on a job can you be hired again at another location?
Yeah, that's not a problem. There won't be any permanent employment record kept by anywhere besides what you place upon your CV. I would recommend that you don't ask for a reference from the place you're planning on walking out from though lol.
If your taking about the same business, just a different store, they would most likely have record of you on their database. Whether that would be checked; it's a strong possibility.
It's better than being fired. And yes it will show up.
