Are White Castle burgers any good?

And are there an locations in the west coast??Are White Castle burgers any good?
I live in the south, but I'm from Cincinnati, where there is a White Castle every 5 miles or so. Now I can only get them from the grocery store or when I go home to visit. They are the best burgers in the world! They are great because you can have one or two, or, if you're really hungry, eight or ten. The burgers, onions and buns are steamed due to the special way they are cooked. Krystal burgers or BK Whoppers are no comparison.



BTW, I have been eating White Castles for 37 years and I have very low blood pressure and cholesterol (eat oatmeal every morning people).



The best thing to do is try them - from the restaurant (the best) or the freezer (still pretty good).

in the south there is a chain called Krystal that are identical to White Castle except Krystal has chilli cheese fries.



White Castles usually taste good when you eat them and they stay with you for several days, so you really get what you pay for.

I believe they are an acquired taste. A little like small meatloaf slices on buns, with our without pickles. Best at restaurants but can be purchased frozen in supermarkets and done in the microwave at home. Cult following for people who have grown an addiction to White Castles. Used to pack one hundred frozen to send (in dry ice) to my brother-in-law who lived where they were unavailable (before availability in Supermarkets). On possible side use we discovered. My wife was three weeks late with our third son and had a craving one morning for White Castles. Ate 20 for breakfast. Son was born at 3:00 that afternoon. Not sure a connection but for the record he can't stand White Castles!
If you like onions...there good. If not, no.

Yuck, yuck, yuck is all I can say. My garbage disposal son thinks the same thing so it must be true. None that I know of on the west coast except for the frozen variety.
I think White Castle is more of a MidWest franchise. But, anyway. White Castle is by far the WORST food EVER. I'm pretty sure it's the only fast food I physically cannot eat. If you want the runs and are constipated, they might help you out though. Seriously though, the WORST fast food restraunt in the WORLD.
no not at all unlike the movie Harold and Kumar go to White castle the burgers there suck. Or at least that's my opinion, you better just stick to Burger King!
It's all a matter of opinion. My opinion is they are NASTY but my father in law used to love them. Those nasty little things would stink my car up to high heaven when I used to get them for him. I have seen them in the frozen section of my Super Walmart but frozen foods always taste worst. If I eat any square burger it'll be a Krystal and they're not that great
I think they are good. But, don't eat a lot. They upset my stomach. I really like the chicken rings.

They are the BOMB! Terrible for you, but very tasty. I think Crystal's is the west coast and White Castle is the east, but could be wrong.
They are good if you like fried onions. Otherwise, no.

omg .. that place is awful! Seriously NEVER eat there, and NEVER buy the little sandwiches that you can get in the store. NEVER - EVER. It's so nasty, trust me =/

Yes they are very good. I don't think there are locations on the west coast but I've only seen them on the east.
Love them, they are the best. but on the west coast, I can only buy them at my supermarket frozen.
The burgers at White Castle are very, very good. I'm sure there are some White Castle restaurants in the west coast.
Just depends on what you like. I LOVE them. They r the best! They arn't very filling though so order extras if you eat a lot!

Their mini burgers are called Slyders. They're dirt cheap, and you buy them in groups, but they're very good. A "Sack Of 10" is enough greasy burger goodness for even the hungriest of gluttons.
We call them Krystals here, and thwy are the best. I get mine off the drill, nothing but onions. Delish!!!
