Ranked list of most popular fast food places in CA/West (by sales)?

I know that McDonalds is #1, Burger King is #2 nationally, but does anyone know how do the fast food places rank in the West in terms of sales? I'm interested in knowing how In-N-Out, Jack in the Box, and Carl's Jr. stack up against the big national chains. Maybe Burger King/Wendy's have more net sales due to nationwide location, but they don't seem that big in California.
