okay so lets say ina busy city not like new york but ya know an average big city has malls etc.. say i open up like 4 stores in the same location. 1 subway, 1 mcdonalds, 1 dunkin donuts... annd say in that location there is already a wendys or burger kind... would it be legal to do what i want to do? i could basicaly un a monopoly in the food area at that mall or shopping area.. only id do this all over the state and country n become super rich...because if i do steal all the busiess they will clsoe.. after all if you have to choose between mcdonalds , wendys, burgerking, pizzhut, dunkin donouts and i own 3/5 of the stores in the area my cahnces of gettig your business is much higher than my competitors espciay if i target certain resturants.. for instance if there is a higher chance i make bankWould this be legal? Franchise business chain store question?
There's really no rule that you cannot own the entire block and all the businesses therein. If you've got the resources, sure go for it.
