Oh yes. Definitely chili cheese fries. Our local bowling alley - Mission Bowl - has got the best chili cheese fries. The secret is their chili. The bowling alley is owned by a local Italian family and they have their own chili recipe that they make from scratch. They used to only make the chili in the winter - one of those seasonal things, but after the chili cheese fries became so popular, they make it all the time now. Any body can make fries and open a can of cheese to pour over the fries, but, oh mama, if you got the chili thing down, then that's what makes the dish so memorable.
