How would you define a hardcore gamer?

Would you call a hardcore gamer someone who plays Halo, Crysis, Call of Duty etc.

or

someone who plays stuff like pokemon, mario etc

or all games?How would you define a hardcore gamer?it usually refers to the MMORPG's like World of Warcraft and some shooting games where people sit there for hours on end playing, but then again i know alot of people that play WoW play all the time but still have plently of time to get partying and i used to be one of those but i stopped playing.



WoW is like 10days(playing time) to get to level 70. then u join a guild and *Raid* for like 3-5hours a day which can be considered hardcore. some go for heaps more hoursHow would you define a hardcore gamer?What i will call a hardcore gamer is a person who gets the games as soon as they come out, plays them all day, and is one of the best at which games he or she plays. also including getting online and crushing any other gamer whom gets in their way. one whom never uses cheats and will beat any game at ease. And is willing to challenge anyone and any day no matter what game it is!
