What if on 9/11 the same amount of people died, but at random locations all across the U.S.?

So, the WTC stayed intact, but on the same day at roughly the same time, hundreds of people were killed: at Burger King, on farms, at Cape Cod, at work in Silicon Valley, in townhouses in North Hollywood, at schools in Florida, at the beach in Hawaii, etc. What if on 9/11 the same amount of people died, but at random locations all across the U.S.?
wow dude, youre planning a killing spree or some sh***t like that?
It wouldn't have been as impressive.

People do die every day, more than 3,000 per day in the USA; it would just blend in. Osama wanted something that everybody would notice.

However, it's likely that future terrorist attacks in the US may involve smaller coordinated attacks spread all over. What if on 9/11 the same amount of people died, but at random locations all across the U.S.?
Cso what are you getting at ? It would be a terrorist act and people in our country would be dead . Would that make any difference Don't forget Shanksville was hit and the Dc military building too .Does that make you happy ?
yeah,ok. what? What if on 9/11 the same amount of people died, but at random locations all across the U.S.?
we wouldnt care because it wouldnt be terrorist related
Or think about this--more Americans die every year in car accidents than in the entire Vietnam War. People protested the war, but we have another Vietnam on the highways every year. Where are the protests? Where are the actions to correct it? Why do we just accept the idea that traffic death is normal???
IF they were killed by random acts of TERRORISM, I believe American's would still have the same reaction.... the thing is, speculating isn't a good idea... but ANY TIME a country loses over 2000 lives to ANY acts ---be they terrorists, or acts of nature, or random acts.... it's 2000 lives TOO MANY ..... FORTY people that worked in my department were killed on that day---one of who I knew REALLY well...... Every time I go to NYC (which is often because I only live 3 hours from it)... I look where the WTC USED to be and still, it brings tears to my eyes--- I tear up when I hear ANYTHING about the people who died at the Pentagon and those people from all the planes........ But if it happened at 23 BurgerKings instead of the WTC it would STILL have the same traumatic consequences........it wouldn't matter the location... just the devastation.
